PANICK ATTACKS

What is a Panic Attack?

Panic attacks are described as intense surges in anxiety or fear that are accompanied by uncomfortable physical sensations, such as an increased heart rate, nausea, tension, or a feeling like you are dying.

These attacks can have an identifiable trigger, or may feel like they happen out of the blue.
