Social Anxiety

Social anxiety, or worries that you are being evaluated or judged by others, is a specific type of anxiety that can greatly affect how you live your life. You may find it difficult to leave your house, accomplish daily tasks (like going to the grocery store), form social relationships, or engage in enjoyable hobbies due to your social anxiety.

Dr. Peterson can help you to better understand your social anxiety and retrain your brain to not respond with intense anxiety when in social situations.
