Learn How to Cope

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) incorporates mindfulness based practices to help you heal and better cope with challenging experiences. These practices may include breath work, guided meditations, and skills focused on redirecting your attention to the present moment.

Mindfulness has been shown to have many benefits, including lowered stress, improved sleep, better concentration, and decreased anxiety and depression.

Practicing mindfulness has also been associated with neuroplasticity, or the brain’s ability to rewire itself and change how it functions. This may be one reason why mindfulness is connected to so many positive health outcomes!
